Mist Circulation Technology
Nozzle-less dry-fog circulation optimizes water
efficiency and grows healthier crops.

Precision Mist Control

Aeroponic systems commonly rely on nozzles to generate mist for delivering nutrients to plant roots. However, nozzle systems often face the issue of clogging, which requires frequent professional maintenance for consistent performance.

Ultrasonic technology provides a nozzle-free alternative, but its application is limited by significant heat generation, which increases energy requirements for cooling the system.

At Midbar, we use nozzle-free mist circulation technology. By circulating dry fog particles smaller than 10 micrometers, it increases the mist particles that reach the roots, minimizing resource waste. The system also controls supply by adjusting the mist’s circulation speed, ensuring both efficiency and precision.

Efficient Nutrient Supply, Healthier Crops

Using a recirculating mist system enables precise control of nutrient solutions. Unlike traditional hydroponic methods that mix different elements together, this system sprays elements at different times to prevent the formation of insoluble precipitates.

Additionally, instead of relying solely on EC and pH levels to supply nutrients, the system identifies the actual nutrients absorbed by the plants. By researching the most effective nutrient recipes, our technology ensures the delivery of the most needed solutions, promoting healthier crop growth.
